Jazzi was first introduced to Pilates at a very young age yet she never really took it seriously as her main focus at the time was dancing. Having the knowledge thatshe has now she wishes she had taken it more seriously - isn’t hindsight a wonderful thing! She has a strong dancing background but never looked after her body when training and was injured frequently. After graduating from Laine Theatre Arts in 2011 she travelled the world doing what she loved most, dancing. Then, having returned to London, she wanted to rekindle the relationship she had with Pilates again. This time she fell in love and believe it to be an incredible technique that has wonderful benefits for everyone. After she started practicing Pilates seriously she knew this was something she wanted to share as she had felt and seen the effects myself.
She's been amazed at how it can tone the body, increase strength and flexibility, as well as improve co-ordination and correct posture. You won't come out feeling like you have run a marathon but you will feel less stressed and ready to deal with life’s requests.
She aims to bring a current and enthusiastic approach to her classes, achieving new goals for all ages and abilities.
