Lisa Southern - With a 15 year career in Journalism, Lisa hadn’t planned to devote herself to the fitness industry. But when she discovered a newfound passion for attending Les Mills Body Balance classes in her thirties, she followed her heart and became an instructor in 2017. While continuing her writing career, she now combines this with teaching weekly Body Balance classes, Yogalates, and is soon to complete her Advanced Instructor qualification. 
Lisa will be introducing CORE FUSION to Cyclezone Studio - it is a new CORE / yoga class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bending and stretching through safe and simple yoga moves, a CORE FUSION class blends elements of Tai Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body.
