Pre and Post Natal Pilates at CycleZone  

 
We offer a weekly Pilates class specifically designed for new and expectant mums. 
 
Maintaining your fitness throughout pregnancy is crucial as is ensuring you recover strong. Classes specifically focus on developing your core, posture, muscle tone and regaining your strength. Pilates is one of the safest and most effective forms of exercise. 
 
These classes are small group sessions with never more than 6 attending. Ensuring you get the attention you need from our experienced teacher. You may attended anytime during pregnancy and from 6 weeks after birth. 
 
Little ones are absolutely welcome until crawling. You will feel very comfortable with babies in our safe environment; feel free to bring anything along to entertain them.
